missingWrote a review on Dec 29beautiful pool arealimited dining options
The hotel location is fantastic for visiting the
Uxmal ruins, only a mile away, which allows for a pleasant walk. The pool area was a highlight, with beautiful views, but the dining experience fell short due to limited options. Overall, a mediocre stay for the price.

We enjoyed lounging by the large pool, it was refreshing all day long! And the balcony view overlooking the pool was a nice touch for our morning coffee.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but it was still acceptable.

The resort features spacious rooms with stunning views of the Uxmal ruins from the balcony, and it is conveniently located just a few minutes from the archaeological site. The staff were exceptionally helpful, particularly Azuana at the reception, who provided excellent recommendations. The quiet atmosphere during my stay made for a peaceful experience, ideal for relaxation after a busy workday. Additionally, the 24-hour business center was a great advantage for managing work-related tasks.
Dining options were somewhat basic.

The poolside drinks service was a delightful touch, making relaxation by the pool even more enjoyable!
While the room had a lovely view, the Wi-Fi was quite unreliable inside, making it difficult to stay connected.

missingWrote a review on Nov 17dining experience
The entrance area looks run down, with a dining room that feels more like a nursing home cafeteria than a pleasant eating space. The WiFi struggles inside the rooms but is decent by the pool. Rooms can have issues like unpleasant odors from drippy showers, and beds tend to be harder than I prefer, making it hard to rest. Although the experience with massage services was disappointing, with excessive oil and lack of proper technique, the artistic ambiance of the pool area remains a slight redeeming factor.

The location is excellent for exploring the nearby archaeological sites, and the spacious rooms with pool views provided a comfortable retreat. Staff members were accommodating and the pool area was a well-maintained space to relax after a hot day. However, basic amenities and limited dining options left something to be desired, and the decor felt somewhat dated. Overall, a decent choice for those looking to visit the cultural attractions nearby.

great amenities but dining could improve
The pool view from our room was extraordinary, offering a lovely way to start each morning. I appreciated the attentive service from the restaurant staff, who made us feel welcome and valued. The spacious layout of our Double Room allowed for a comfortable stay, perfect for a family with children. Additionally, the inviting ambiance by the pool was delightful, making it a great spot to unwind throughout the stay.
Dining options felt a bit limited, lacking the variety and freshness I had hoped for.
